Summer Camps - How does it work?
Each of the weeks in the summer program covers a specific content unit that deals with topics related to the age of the summer camp participants. Every week, the TALKKids campers receive a "Take Home Information Sheet" which contains information on the material and vocabulary covered during the week. This sheet is intended to provide another source of practice for the campers themselves; and also, an opportunity for the parent to learn with his/her child. All the language skills (speaking, listening; and where applicable, reading and writing) are practiced in each unit.
At the end of each session the TALKKids Summer Camp participants receive:
- A Certificate of Completion
This is given at the end of each summer camp session.
